We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and most of Europe and developed Asia (28 countries), plus domestic Lithuania.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Delivery estimates
- United States: 5–9 business days after dispatch
- Europe & UK: 3–7 business days after dispatch
- Canada, Australia, NZ, Asia: 7–12 business days after dispatch
- Lithuania: 1–3 business days after dispatch
These are estimates, not guarantees — carrier delays can occasionally add a few days.
Duties & taxes
If your country levies import duties or VAT on arrival, those charges are the recipient’s responsibility.
Lost, delayed or damaged packages
If your tracking hasn’t moved for 7 days, or your order arrives damaged, email support@tendrebody.com with your order number. We’ll reship or refund — your choice. Every shipment is covered.
Address changes
Need to fix a delivery address? Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we’ll update it before dispatch.
