- Include your order number and a sentence about your experience (this helps us improve — it does not affect your refund).
- That’s it. We’ll confirm within 2 business days and issue a full refund of the purchase price to your original payment method.
Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
